5 ideas to learn vocabulary -

1. write it on post it notes and stick it on the item or around your room to remind you.

2. Make up cue cards – draw a picture one one side and write the word on the back.

3. Look / cover / say / write / check

4. Think of a mime, gesture or action to remind you of the word.

5. Think of a link between the French word and English, the sound of the word or how it is spellt. eg. chat – like cat but no h. Or dessin – like design
